Garnacha Blanco
Pale yellow color with green highlights, very intense aroma of tropical fruits, apricot. Slight notes of good grass as it opens. Glyceric wine that fills the mouth. Acidity very well balanced and has a long aftertaste. Pre-fermentative film maceració. Fermentation at 17o – 18o C. in stainless steel tanks with the mothers for 5 months.
