Chardonnay
In 1989 began the adventure of making wine in Vallbona De Les Monges. V89 synthesizes all these years of accumulated experience in the production of white wines. To make this wine, the best Macabeo of the vintage is selected and aged, with the utmost care, in French oak barrels. Fermentation and aging of 8 months in French oak barrels. Limited edition. Manual vintage selected.
Complex and elegant nose, with notes of ripe stone fruit, quince, and a citrus point on a background of toffee, vanilla, and roasted. In the mouth, the memories of toast return in a creamy wine, with volume and good acidity, which maintains its freshness. It long and intense finish.
